PDF version of the program for the virtual ICP2020 (updated 8 July 2021)
Online programme with manuscripts now available on the virtual conference platform for the conference participants.
Guidelines for oral presenters (poster presenters see below)
The virtual ICP will take place on a virtual platform called Howspace. All participants get access to the platform a few days before the conference and the platform stays open for 2 weeks after the conference. Please note that all programme and presentations will be recorded, also the parallel sessions, and the recordings will be available on the platform during this period for the ICP participants.
You can follow the programme as a live stream from the platform in the programme rooms. Other rooms include ePoster room and Exhibition room.
The parallel sessions take place in Zoom. Links to Zoom will be found on the virtual platform. Please read carefully the Zoom guidelines. And if you have your talk in the main session on Thursday, you will still join the Q&A after you talk via Zoom.
Please note: to minimize any technical problems, all oral presenters are asked to prepare their presentation as a pre-recorded video. In other words, oral presentations are played as pre-recorded videos after which the presenters join live Q&A via Zoom.

Tips for recording:
How to record a PowerPoint presentation with narration:
Here are basic instructions how to record a PowerPoint presentation with narration:
You need a microphone to record the audio, if an external microphone is not available, built-in microphone in your laptop will work, but make sure you are located in a quiet room. External mic or headset is strongly recommended.
To show your face in the presentation, you can activate your webcam feed visible while recording from the lower right corner. This will add personal touch to your presentation, and it is therefore recommended.
Please note the following:
· Audio will NOT be recorded during slide transitions, so do not speak during transitions.
· Camera feed can overlap important information on your slide (adjust text on the slide accordingly).
· If you have videos in your presentation, please play them through completely (do not skip them while recording).
· Webcam window will also move during certain transitions, avoid such transitions, as the audio is also muted during transitions.
· Make sure the recording space is well-lit for optimal quality.
If for some reason you are unable to provide a pre-recorded video of your presentation, please be prepared to present live in Zoom (not recommended): Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint format (aspect ratio 16:9) and share your screen when you present in Zoom. It is recommended to close other browsers, just keep your own presentation file open, so it is easy to select the file to be shared in Zoom. Arrive in Zoom 5-10 minutes before your talk time session starts.
Guidelines for poster presenters
Posters are presented as 1-page files (PDF), vertical position (portrait), file size max. 1.0 GB. In addition, you may prepare a 1-3 minute video presentation of your poster (optional).
Posters (and the optional poster videos) will be uploaded on the virtual platform, to a specific ePoster room, accessible to all ICP2020 participants (access also after the conference for 2 weeks).
If you have been granted a poster with a 3 minute oral presentation, please prepare your presentation as a pre-recorded video (please see recording instructions above for oral presenters). Your presentation will be played in the main programme, but can also be uploaded on the ePoster room.
